Fitness Classes at LBC

We are proud to offer a full schedule of fitness classes for all ages and levels.


We offer punch cards - $40 for 10 classes or $80 for 25 classes.

We offer a variety of classes in hopes of providing something for all fitness levels.

We offer a full-court gym, indoor walking track, aerobic machines, weight-resistant machines and free weights.

Fit Ball

Mondays, 10:30-11:30am | A low impact workout using the stability ball to focus on core strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility.


Tuesdays, 10-11am | This class can improve range of motion, posture, overall mobility, and flexibility.


Thursdays, 10am | A fun, choreographed movement class through the eras - 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s music. 30 minutes of movement combined with 30 minutes of stretching.

Beginners' Pilates

Fridays, 10am | A low impact workout that focuses on core stability, balance, and endurance with emphasis on proper breathing and alignment.
