High School Ministry Director

Worship Associate

LBC is seeking a full-time, passionate, and skilled Worship Associate to join our team. H/she will play a large part in leading our church in meaningful worship experiences. The Worship Associate will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual atmosphere of our services, collaborating with the worship team, and supporting the vision of the Worship Pastor. This role requires a strong musical aptitude, a passion for worship, and a desire to serve the local church. S/he must be vocally strong, proficient in guitar or keyboard, and have a knowledge of Music Production Software (e.g., Ableton, and other DAW software.) Upward Director - Seasonal Position

We are seeking a passionate individual to lead our Upward Basketball and Cheer Ministry for the season. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full administration of the league in collaboration with the church’s ministries. This includes recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers such as coaches, referees, scorekeepers, and halftime speakers. You will also coordinate important events throughout the season, such as the Preseason Kickoff and Postseason Celebration, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Above all, you will work to create a safe, enjoyable, and gospel-centered environment for all participants and their families. Wee Care Children's Worker

Looking for a few extra hours of work throughout the week? We are currently hiring for Wee Care Workers who provide childcare for church events throughout the week. Evening and weekend hours are available. This position is part-time, as needed, and is paid hourly to share the love of Jesus and provide a safe and caring environment for kids. Ideally, this candidate will have experience with children and have a servant's heart when it comes to families with children. Must be 18 or older to apply.
