Ministry Assistant for Discipleship
Lexington Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Ministry Assistant for Discipleship to serve in a key support role for our discipleship and connection ministries. This position provides administrative, organizational, and ministry coordination support across areas such as guest assimilation, discipleship classes and groups, prayer ministry, and related events and initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, and servant-hearted, with a passion for helping ministry systems and communication function smoothly so people can be effectively discipled and connected within the life of our church.
Middle School Ministry Director
LBC is seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time Middle School Director. In this role, you will be pivotal in guiding our 6th-8th grade students through meaningful discipleship programs, working closely with the Next Generation Team to form a cohesive ministry to families. You will also play a key role in supporting the overall vision of the church. Wee Care Children's Worker
Looking for a few extra hours of work throughout the week? We are currently hiring for Wee Care Workers who provide childcare for church events throughout the week. Evening and weekend hours are available. This position is part-time, as needed, and is paid hourly to share the love of Jesus and provide a safe and caring environment for kids. Ideally, this candidate will have experience with children and have a servant's heart when it comes to families with children. Must be 18 or older to apply.
