Hourly, part-time position

We are seeking individuals to join our LBP staff team for the 2020-2021 school year to serve in our 1 & 2-year old classes. This is a part-time, non-exempt position ranging from 8-20 hours/week. Teachers have responsibility for the guidance and instruction of children in their charge including the preparation and presentation of daily lesson plans, supervision of their designated instructional assistants, and maintenance of a general classroom climate conducive to learning.

Teachers' duties may include, but are not limited to: accept responsibility at all times for physical, emotional, and spiritual development of the children; plan instructional themes and supply needs with Director; evaluate each child's progress; conduct parent conferences; organize special projects and parties. Teachers should be persons who: sincerely seek to be growing Christians; possess leadership abilities and skills and are concerned with the religious growth of children. Hourly, part-time position

Instructional Assistants may have day-to-day responsibility for carrying out tasks at the direction of the teachers to whom they are assigned. Duties of the Instructional Assistants may include but are not limited to: assist their assigned teacher in all areas; attend to snack, carpool, and lobby duties; assume their assigned teacher's responsibilities during their teacher's absence; and perform any other duties deemed necessary by the teacher, and/or LBP Director. Experience with children of Preschool age is preferred, but not required.

Hourly, full-time position

This full-time, hourly position provides administrative support for all of our Age Graded Ministries from birth through college. Duties include, but are not limited to, arranging events, managing budgets and vendors, paying invoices, ordering supplies, coordinating volunteers and acting as a liaison between our church families and the ministries. Administrative experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Please send all questions and resumes to our HR Department.
