Lexington Baptist Church members join with believers from other churches to serve the homeless in the Columbia area. This is done by preparing and serving meals as a way to build relationships. The ultimate goal is to share the gospel through actions and conversation. Each Monday evening, volunteers are needed to help serve food and engage in conversation with those who have come to receive a meal.

When: Monday, 5:30-7 p.m.

Where: Church of the Apostles, 1520 Bull St., Columbia, S.C.

On Jan. 30, May 29, July 31 and Oct. 20, LBC is responsible for providing, preparing and serving the meal to approximately 100 homeless people. Additional help is needed.

If you would like to volunteer for this ministry or would like more information, please contact Christopher Bolding or Pastor Mark Hathcox.
