Then Jesus spoke out again, “I am the light of the world.  The one who follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”  John 8:12

Many areas are completely without the Light of Christ  so we focus our efforts into specific international partnerships such as:

  • Sending teams all around the world, including Central America and Central Asia
  • Partnering with Central American pastors and churches to equip them to serve in Central Asia
  • Training LBC families in cross-cultural ministry and outreach through family teams to Central America
  • Reaching Persian-speaking people groups and millions of Muslims through two partnerships
  • Serving as a hub church to the Central Asian Regional Leadership of the International Mission Board
  • Operation Christmas Child provides hundreds of shoebox gifts to children in other countries around the world

Each year, Lexington Baptist Church works with long-term partners to plan teams to meet strategic goals of taking the gospel into difficult areas.  For a complete list of trips, contact the Missions Ministry Office to find out how you can make an impact internationally.
