LBC is now hosting a support group for any adult who has experience the death of a loved one called “Joy in the Mourning.” They meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center. Come watch the NFC & AFC championship games outdoors, complete with fire pits and grilled food on Sunday, January 22 at 5 p.m. in the Family Life Center Parking Lot. We are also excited to welcome guest speaker, Perry Tuttle, for our Tailgate. Perry was a first round draft pick in the 1982 NFL draft and played 10 years of pro ball (NFL & CFL). Middle school students, we’d love to have you be a part of Mini World Changers, a mission and service project weekend March 17-19, 2017. This weekend will be at Summerville Baptist Church, and the cost is $60 for students and $30 for chaperones. Our next Oil Change Ministry for single mothers and widows will be on Saturday, March 18 from 9 a.m. to Noon in the parking lot behind the Family Life Center. We provide free oil changes and car checks, so help us spread the word if you know some ladies that could use this service. We need volunteers at 7:30 a.m. for administration, talking with customers and to perform oil changes. To volunteer, contact email@example.com.
