Pastor Mike will begin a new sermon series on Easter Sunday called “The Hope of Glory” that will explore the full story of what happened after the cross: the resurrection, Jesus appearing after death, the ascension and the second coming. We are really looking forward to this series that explains why we have the hope of glory in Christ!
The Sunday after Easter, we will be holding a Sunday School Open House. This is a great chance for those not yet involved in a Sunday School community to come and visit the various classes currently offered at LBC. There will be information on all of our classes in the foyers beginning March 29. We hope that you and your family will take advantage of this great opportunity and get plugged in!
LBC is hosting the Mwangaza Children’s Choir on Sunday, April 19 at 6 p.m. in the Worship Center. This young group brings the joy and energy of the African culture straight to you! They provide an authentic African worship experience in the form of song and dance that presents the Gospel message. We look forward to having them in worship with us that morning, as well.
