Deuteronomy 6:5-8 tells us:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.”

The Next Generation Ministry exists to partner with families on their journey to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

We are here to help you! We work to create experiences that extend beyond our building… we want conversations to flow over into the car ride home, bedtime, bath time, etc.

  • Our mission is to partner with you as we team up to develop fully devoted followers of Christ. We ask that all parents who aren’t currently serving on Sunday Mornings or Wednesday Nights participate in our Parent Partner Program. Read the descriptions below and join our team.

  • Regular Volunteer: I am interested in serving in Lex Kids regularly and would like to be contacted about current opportunities.
  • Room Parent: I would like to directly partner with my child(ren)’s teacher and be available to fill in when they are sick or on vacation. I’m also committing to praying for them and encourage them throughout the year.
  • Monthly Partner: I will serve once a month wherever needed. This is a great option for parents who are thinking about serving regularly or who work certain weekends. I will serve the following hours:
