This position reports directly to the Media Director. The ideal candidate would possess the following:

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Adobe CS/CC production software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere
  • Experience with ProPresenter
  • Familiar with audio capture, editing and mixing techniques/equipment
  • Experience with video switchers
  • Ministry experience preferred
  • Team-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to create videos in a time-sensitive manner
  • Live and broadcast experience preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Participating in teamwork to plan/implement creative elements within services
  • Recruiting, training and developing production volunteers for all areas of the church
  • Serving as one of the producers for weekly services and special events
  • Lead and conduct video shoots for various projects for all ministries of the church
  • Edit service videos and audio
  • Weekend and late evening work required
